Meet Our Founders, Roger and Carrie Montemarano
Our Founder and CEO Roger Montemarano has over 20 years of experience in dental repair in the valley. Originally from southern California, Roger moved to Arizona in 2002 and began working in dental shortly thereafter. He is highly trained, in addition to his hands-on experience, with all major brands. Roger started RAM Dental Repair when he realized that he could provide better, more affordable, individualized service for Dental professionals in the East Valley. Roger prides himself in providing honest estimates and service, reasonable hourly rates and prompt response time. In his personal time, Roger enjoys spending time with his wife, building Star Wars Legos, going to Disneyland, camping and 4-wheeling in his Jeep.
Our behind the scenes staff is Carrie, Roger’s wife. Carrie is an Arizona native and proud NAU Graduate. In addition to being CFO/HR/Social Media/AR/AP for RAM, Carrie is a full-time Registered Nurse, specializing in Hospice and End of Life Care. Carrie helps keep everything at RAM Dental Repair organized and running, so that Roger can focus on service calls and client relationships. In her personal time, Carrie is an avid reader, loves the outdoors and traveling, and is a proud Disney Adult.
Together, Roger and Carrie enjoy spending time with their blended family of 4 adult children and their dog, Gracie.
